Each person listed on this page is Tovarishch. A member in good standing of the Ironworks Gaming Crew. They have proven themselves to be loyal, trustworthy, and honorable gamers.

Site Administrators

Site Administrators are members nominated from and elected by the general membership body. They have shown extraordinary dedication and service to the Crew. They remain in office until they voluntarily step down or are voted out. Each one is responsible for a specific aspect of clan life. These people are not leaders as much as they are caretakers, stewards, and guardians of the community. There is no one leader at Ironworks. Rather, leadership roles and major decisions are distributed through the clan to promote responsibility, involvement, and stability.

Support Administrators

Support Administrators do much of the legwork and help keep thing running smoothly. You’ll find them handling various day-to-day tasks on our forums and on X-Box Live. They are equally dedicated to the health and stability of the Crew.

Members

Members are the lifeblood of the community. All true power rests in their collective hands. New members are admitted only after a careful and thorough selection and screening process. All decisions flow through the membership. ”Hire hard, manage easy” is a mantra oft repeated within our walls. Each member uniquely contributes to the Crew in their own way. All bring positive energy and momentum to the whole.
