Over the past few weeks, we have been formalizing our leadership positions and nominating/electing our new site administrators. These folks are responsible for keeping the lights on and making sure the good times keep rolling. Be sure and offer up congratulations the next time you see them in matchmaking or when you are hanging out on our forums
Lead Web Site Admin – wyoming SBG
Takes care of the behind the scenes work.
Pays the bills with “donated” money.
Delegates, manages, and coordinates website design continuity among the website designers. This may include creating standards for the designers to follow.
Gets to place priority requests for the website with the graphics crew.
Makes sure the site is updated.
Makes sure the site files and databases are backed up off-site in case of technical failure.
Works with comp team leaders to get write ups of challenges and post them in a timely manner on the site.
Lead Web Designer / GFX Coordinator – Kins Dearest
Responsible for the overall visual style and presentation of Ironworks.
Oversees the Swag Department. Responsible for outputting new merchandise designs. Works with the website coders if necessary to get swag up and available from the website or links.
Works with members of graphics team.
Works with the Representative of Competitive Teams to ensure all team graphics needs are met.
Works with the Lead Ambassador and Event Organizer to ensure all event and ambassador graphics needs are met.
Manages and delegates graphic requests from members.
Keeper of the Graphics Files. Upkeeps a hosting site / Gives out the psd’s etc. to members who would like to work with any graphic.
Representative of Competitive Teams – JEMICIDE 33
Communicate with with the other competitive teams, or at least with the other Team Leaders.
If a team leader isnt responding to a challenge the RCT needs to help get the ball rolling.
Coordinate with the Lead Website Admin and the Team Leaders to ensure all team rosters on the website are updated and accurate.
Record holder for all teams’ official matches. Team leaders will report this regularly to the RCT.
Responsible for official match write-ups, links, possible game pics from official matches. May delegate the work out on a match-by-match basis, but is still responsible that it gets done and turned over to the Lead Website Admin.
Lead Forum Ninja – StokedRock
Keeps the forums running smoothly.
Installs/maintains/upgrades the forums as needed
Backs up the forum regularly (and the forum DB) in case of issues.
Moderates the forums as needed
Creates/moves/removes forums/threads as needed
Enforces a readable level of spelling and grammar
Manages polls / ensures that they were run well / publishes results if no-one else did already. etc
Lead Ambassador and Event Coordinator – bluerabbit720
Leading the Ambassador Corps
Suggesting/gathering new ideas for things to do between clans (tourneys, ways to game together & build relationships)
Encouraging the ambassador team to play regularly with assigned clans and positively build the Ironworks reputation within the Halo nation
Build relationships with other major clans through gameplay and through interacting with other clan leaders
Choosing and/or screening new volunteers for the ambassador corps
